Ouellet Canada wants to inform you that a Notice to Discontinue Use has been issued by Canada’s leading manufacturers of portable heating units and economical unit heaters. This safety notice is the result of a consultation between the four companies listed in the Industry Safety Notice. Measures with Health Canada are also being taken.

Products of 4,800 Watts and over, manufactured before April 2016, are affected by this advisory.

We assure you that the heating elements we use from April 2016 are completely safe.
